Barely 2 weeks old and it’s now in the “clinic”. My Samsung Galaxy Note‘s screen cracked after accidental drop from waist height. Now it’s in Samsung Service Center Petaling Jaya for repair. Total repair price quoted was MYR714.00, MYR664.00 for the screen and MYR50.00 for service charge. $$$ fly away d. :(

 

2 Nov 2011 – Seems to be taking ages – A call to the Samsung contact center today tells me to call back on Monday or Tuesday to get latest update. Asked me to wait for SMS.

5 Nov 2011 – Called Samsung Contact center and YES, they say it is ready for collection. YES!
