History: NETPIA NLIA trial run registrations were removed

According to this paper, after the trial run, the keywords registered during the trial run will be removed to make way for legitimate owners of keywords to apply via pre-registration. Internet Keywords “HIJACKED” by TMNET/NetMyne

It looks like TM has started a new service. Internet Keyword hijacking.
I key in an uncomplete address on the address bar and there it goes.
For example, i key in bso, I’m automatically redirected to a landing page on netmyne - http://landing.netmyne.com/index.jsp?mod…&nlia=bso.
UPDATE
I found out that it is a new NETPIA NLIA service by NETMYNE, TMNET, TM.
