Page Rank can be fake
Apr 3, 2009 SEO
Or maybe I should put it, “How to fake your page rank?”
Here’s how some page rank can be fake. I’ve tried it before and it worked.
Create a page/domain and use the Redirect 301 to point to a domain name which has a high Page Rank. Leave it for a while until Google thinks that it is a permanent redirection and both address are the same. Then Google will update the pagerank of the fake domain to make it the same as the High PR domain. Simple isn’t it.
So, if you want to buy links or domain name with high PR, think twice. If you don’t like thinking, you could use this tool here -> Fake PageRank Checker at PRCheck.com. They have done a good job, don’t you think so?
What constitute to getting a good page rank?
My opinion and experience is, build quality links. Write according to the keywords you want to promote. Contents must be related to the keywords. Highlight keywords with bolds or italic to signify importance.
Happy PRing.. :p

Education borne by loans
Aug 20, 2008 Trends Malaysia
The trends forward in education funding is to have children funding their own college fees through a education trust fund + loan type of package. The trust fund will help the children to get a head start in the college of their choice and at the same time, take up an education loan such as Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) in Malaysia. One criteria to get hold of PTPTN loan is the child’s parents must have setup a savings account with Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional (SSPN).
Visit PTPTN website, http://www.ptptn.gov.my, to get more information.
